Everything seems to be taking Jack at least three times as long as it normally would, and that seems vaguely like something Sinclair should be worried about. But there's nothing he can do for him right at the moment. He just hopes that when they come across any splicers, the adrenaline will be enough to shake him back to real time.

"We'll be home before you know it," Sinclair says, leading the way out and stopping by the key pad to scramble the numbers again.
